The challenge with the SmartPrice Properties website was to build a content-rich platform that felt both dynamic and easy to navigate. Real estate websites often rely heavily on static listings, which can make the experience feel repetitive and uninspiring. The goal was to create a CMS-driven system that allowed content to flow seamlessly across the site while maintaining a strong and cohesive brand identity. Every page needed to feel connected, with smooth transitions and engaging animations that enhanced the browsing experience.

To achieve this, I built a custom CMS structure that ensured property listings, blog content, and other key sections were dynamically populated across the site. This not only made content management more efficient but also created a sense of continuity between pages. On top of that, I integrated custom animations that gave the website a polished, high-end feel. Subtle motion effects brought elements to life, making the interface feel smooth and interactive without being overwhelming.
